About this apartment rental
This 70 sq m apartment is located in a quiet, new, detached villa surrounded by a large, wooded park in the hills of Salerno, known as "Tenuta dei Normanni." It's ideal for long walks in the fresh air and a relaxing stay in an elegant setting, just a 10-minute drive from the city center and 5 minutes from the highway exit/entrance.
The apartment features a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with a table and six chairs.
It also features heating, air conditioning in the living room, fans in the bedrooms, a washing machine, a microwave, an oven, a capsule coffee machine, an electric kettle, a TV, free Wi-Fi, and free parking.
Children's amenities, such as a crib and high chair, are available upon request.
The price includes utilities, cleaning before and after guests' arrival, and a set of towels and bed linens per person. Towels are changed every three nights.
In our property, about 200 meters from the accommodation, there is a pool area with a bar, open during the summer season and accessible by reservation.

We wanted a nice, reasonably price place for three days to explore the region and this was a good one. The place was clean, comfortable and well run. Paola communicated with us before our stay, met us at the gate, and followed us to help us check in. She also helped us with our travel decisions. It was a very good experience.

A wonderful holiday at i Normanni with my wife and young adult daughter. The apartments are in a beautiful location deep in woodland above Salerno. Ours was simply but well equipped, and very well presented. Paola welcomed us on arrival and could not have been more helpful.
We chose Salerno because of its good access to everywhere we wanted to go: by road, rail, and boat to the Amalfi Coast (the highlight, including the Sentiero degli Dei). It was good to find such a lovely setting with these advantages and yet out of the city. Highly recommended - many thanks Paola!
