About this house rental
Beautiful Provencal villa on the hillside, quiet and bright, with sunny terraces overlooking a magnificent view, infinity pool and jacuzzi, large lot, play area (table football, bowling alley), alliance of modern and traditional with high performances range: fully equipped kitchen, hi-tech living room (large screen TV, home cinema, blu-ray player 4k), wifi, alarm, safe.
On the ground floor, you will find a large living room (sofa and chair Roche Bobois) and a dining room (marble table with 6 chairs) overlooking a beautiful open kitchen. Each space directly overlooks a large terrace with garden furniture, barbecue area, infinity pool with shower and lounger area. A veranda gives access to a room / office area (sofa bed) with a private bathroom offering a magnificent view over the valley bordering infinity pool.
Upstairs, two large bedrooms with queen size beds (160 cm and upscale bedding) and bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Each room serves a large terrace with high-end spa (jaccuzzi brand, 5/6 people, bluetooth integrated hi-fi system), lounge area and bar table to enjoy a great view.
The fully privatized villa is ideally located between Avignon (TGV station at 30 min) and Nîmes (30 min). You can enjoy the sea (less than 1 hour) and many festivals: Avignon Festival (last 3 weeks of July), Les Chorégies d'Orange (1 month from beginning of July to beginning of August), etc.
To discover also: the city of Avignon (Pont d'Avignon, Palace of the Popes, etc.), the city of Uzès and its duchy, the Pont-du-Gard, the caves (cave of Salamandre, Aven d ' Orgnac), the "little French canyon" or Provencal colorado, the fountain of Vaucluse and the many Provençal villages (la Roque-sur-Cèze, Baux de Provence, etc.).

This property is placed in Laudun. The place is really nice and with a spectacular view. The terrasses are beautifull and the pool and spa great for cooling down in the hot French summer.
We will be back next year :)

Villa très bien située géographiquement, très belle vue panoramique et endroit très calme. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée, contrairement à ce qui nous avait été annoncé, nous n'avons pas pu en profiter durant nôtre séjour du 26 au 29 mai, heureusement qu'il y avait le jacuzzi. Le canapé de la 3ème chambre manque de confort pour 2 personnes, un vrai lit serait le bienvenu pour un séjour à 6 personnes. Très bon accueil d'Alex et nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille.
