Parlour Cottage is an all ground floor cottage near Marazion in Cornwall. The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms which are made up of a double and a twin as well as a separate bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. There is also the use of a shared outdoor swimming pool. To the outside is off road parking for one car and use of a shared lawned area adjoining the swimming pool. Set in a stunning location, the cottage is a great place to enjoy at any time of the year.
Amenities: Central heating, Electric oven and hob microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books games and DVDs. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared lawned area adjoining swimming pool. Shared use of Pool House with refreshments with honesty policy and heated outdoor swimming pool with furniture which is open weekdays between June and September. Shared use of games room with children's pool table and table tennis. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Property is 3.5miles outside of St Ives. Frequent trains from St Erth (local village). Please note: The property only accepts checks in on a Friday.
