Quiet and safe neighborhood , spaces private guest house in walking distance to Whole Foods, Starbucks, Chipotle, Only 5 miles to Santa Monica beach and Venice Beach. Queen size bed is comfortable and the backyard is great for hanging out reading a book having some coffee and relaxing. There's also a grill and a picnic table so you can enjoy having breakfast lunch or dinner. LAX is only 11 miles away

Great neighborhood that’s super safe to walk around at night. Loved how it was a central location for me to do activities on the westside and everything I did was within 20-30 mins of the property.

Location is in a quiet residential area, with easy walking or mass transit access to most. Whole Foods and some great sushi/ bbq/sandwich places very nearby. Amazingly comfortable bed, cool decor, stocked kitchen. nice size place for one or two people. Very private. Would definitely consider returning !
