LA CASINA,
RUSTIC ANTICO FINALLY RENOVATED IN OPEN SPACE.
La Casina combines ancient Tuscan style with our personal taste for modern materials. It is an old fully rebuilt carriage where every detail is extremely well cared for.
The interior is an open space of 90 sqm with mezzanine, so divided:
- Ground floor living room with central fireplace, fully equipped kitchen Lube (fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob and corner hood), bathroom with large shower and slate wall.
- On the mezzanine there is the bedroom with tatami and oak bedside tables.
Outside two verandas, one of 15sqm on the main entrance side and a 25sqm on the back of the house.
The house is sandblasted brickwork, an outdoor garden of 1250mq, a dozen fruit trees, an overgrowth poplar, a dozen cypress trees and other trees.
The floor heating is powered by a pellet heater, the chestnut, steel, Tuscan mezzanine and antique tiles,
The natural oiled oak flooring throughout the house including the bathroom, the Brazilian wooden fixtures, white lacquered.
The location is in Lorenzana, 20 km from the sea, on the first hills behind Livorno.

The landscape is very beautiful.

We really enjoyed our stay. A cute house, ideal for couples. It's a great place to relax, in a quiet location, and there are great restaurants and bars nearby. The landlord is super nice and immediately takes care of any needs. We even received a delicious welcome gift. We'd love to come back...
