Podere Morena is 12 km from the beaches of Marina di Cecina and 9 km from Cecina where you can find all kinds of shops and restaurants. It is 500 meters from the historic center of Guardistallo, where you can breathe the typical Tuscan atmosphere.

Above all, the originality of the building was preserved. The floors, the ceilings, the stairs and the facades have been faithfully restored using ancient techniques.
The location is unique. It is not directly in the city center but is isolated in the countryside. It is only 500 m from the city center where you will find all the necessary services. The most important shops for your shopping are also in Guardistallo (500 meters).

The most famous places in Tuscany with their sights such as Florence, Siena, Pisa (with the international airport Galileo Galilei), Volterra or Lucca can be reached within one hour and a half by car.

Wir haben uns enorm wohl gefühlt. Auch als Zwei-Meter-Mensch habe ich in 195 cm super geschlafen. Und die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Die Vermieterin ist ein Schatz. Wir kommen sicher wieder! Liebe Grüße B&K
