Nestled in the Dolomites in South Tyrol, is 400m (a beautiful walk on the flat) from the ski lift Paolina and is located in front of the forest of the Latemar, from which the access routes to the main excursions: a 10-minute walk in the woods you can reach the magnificent Lake Carezza.
In winter the ski resort of Caress is within walking distance, the chair lift Paolina is a 15 min walk.
The Val di Fassa with the districts of Passo San Pellegrino, Lusia and the famous Sella Ronda is 25 minutes by car. Obereggen 20 minutes.
The apartment has a double bedroom, a room with bunk beds, kitchen, living room with sofa, dining room, bathroom and balcony in the sun where you can dine and admire the Rosengarten and Latemar.
Included in the cost of the apartment there is a parking garage in the basement of the building. In the building there is also a gym.
Nearby - 3 minutes walk - the historic Grand Hotel Carezza has a mini market, as well as various serivizi as bar, restaurant, spa and a swimming pool.

L'appartamento è situato in posizione strategica, a pochi passi dal centro di Carezza e vicino a diversi sentieri. La vista dal terrazzo è molto bella.

Die Fewo ist einfach,aber praktisch ausgestattet und eingerichtet.
Für Familien sind Wanderwege gleich vor der Türe und alle notwendigen Dinge sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Appartamento confortevole e molto pulito; la descrizione dell'appartamento corrisponde a quanto indicato nell'annuncio.
Non abbiamo incontrato personalmente il proprietario che è stato però sempre presente, corretto e puntuale via mail, sia al momento della prenotazione, sia nei giorni precedenti il nostro soggiorno e anche nella fase successiva nella restituzione della caparra.
Purtroppo abbiamo soggiornato solo per cinque giorni dal 16 al 20 agosto 2015, sfortunatamente di pioggia, ma questo non ci ha impedito di visitare le località limitrofe raggiungibili in auto in poco tempo. Appartamento assolutamente consigliabile per la posizione strategica. Anche se il paese è piccolo e offre poche possibilità di svago, la tranquillità è garantita.
L'appartamento non ha la televisione: è un modo per accorgersi che se ne può anche fare a meno.

Ottima la disposizione dell'alloggio, con camera da letto, bagno e soggiorno su cui si affacciano la zona cucina e la zona notte (letto a castello); queste ultime occupano spazi molto contenuti ma sono tate opportunamente lasciate aperte verso il soggiorno. L'alloggio non è di ampia metratura, ma noi eravamo in cinque (due adulti e tre bambini di 15, 11 e 7 anni) e c'era davvero spazio per tutti.
Tranquillo e confortevole (all'arrivo era caldo e pulito), è ideale per famiglie con bambini; il proprietario è sempre facilmente contattabile e molto gentile.
Gli impianti sono vicini (siamo sempre andati e tornati a piedi in circa 15-20 minuti) sfruttando il sevizio di ricovero sci e scarponi presso il noleggio skiservice Carezza, sotto l'hotel Alpenrose - gratuito per chi noleggia), ma occorre un po' di attenzione ai bambini poiché la strada è trafficata e d'inverno piuttosto stretta (le banchine sono interamente occupate dalla neve).
Sciare a Carezza è una bella esperienza anche per chi è abituato a comprensori più grandi; volendo spostarsi, c'è solo l'imbarazzo della scelta.
