We visited Candida's appartement in July 2024, which is a modern gem in an otherwise dilapidated building. The technology in the flat has been renovated and the tap water is drinkable. No shutters on the windows, a blackout film is useful for undisturbed toddler sleep. You can reach the beach promenade in three minutes on foot. As there is no parking at the flat, you have to be inventive when arriving and departing. Candida is a friendly, approachable hostess. We liked it, we can recommend the appartement to anyone who doesn't have a problem with stairs.

Wohnung mit viel Stauraum, nah am Strand und an Geschäften;
Nette Vermieterin, die sofort auf Fragen antwortet;
Etwas überrascht, dass es kein Internet gab;
Wohnung wird auf Grund der fehlenden Rollläden in Küche/Wohnzimmer sehr heiß im Sommer;
Zusammenfassend eine schöne Wohnung, vielleicht aber eine schlechte Wahl für eine Familie mit Kleinkindern in Sommer (keine Klimaanlage, kein Parkplatz, 45 Stufen mit Baby und Kinderwagen, Müll muss weiter weg gebracht werden, offene Fenster bei der Hitze führen zu hunderten Moskitobissen und einen sehr frühen Weckdienst (4:30 durch Seemöwen) und bringen ein Sicherheitsrisiko für die Kleinen;

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt - die Wohnung ist sauber, hell und liegt zentral. Candida ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!
