About this house rental
St Leon is a traditional Breton farmhouse that has been fully restored and is now a beautifully spacious property with private pool that is ideal for holidays for groups of up to 16 people. On the ground floor there are two fully equipped kitchens, a sitting room and room that can use as either a dining room with a table for 16 people or a second sitting room with a table for 8. Up two steps there is the first of eight bedrooms. The other seven are spread across the two upper floors. Seven of the bedrooms are ensuite. The eighth has a family bathroom just next door.
Outside, there are two large private terraces with garden furniture and barbecues.
To the side of the house there is a laundry room with a toilet. A half-acre garden surrounds three sides of the house and includes a shaded play area and the fenced private pool area
The 11m x 5m heated private pool with its retractable cover means that swimming is possible in all weathers. The pool area is surrounded by a fence and alarmed when the lockable cover is removed.
The pool is open daily from 09:00 to 22:00 from the end of April until the end of September. It is heated to a minimum of 23° during these months. We will remove and replace the cover according to the weather during your stay.
At only five kilometres from Languidic with its supermarket, bakeries and restaurants, St Leon is ideally located for both those that wish to have a lazy holiday lounging by the pool and those that wish to explore the many different excursions the Morbihan offers including beaches within half an hour of the property.
St Leon can also be rented in two parts – La Fermiere (property number 8843865) that sleeps a maximum of 12 people and Le Pressoir (property number 8842894) that sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
We are open to family or friendly groups who agree to respect the premises and the neighbourhood.
It is possible to organise festive events under certain conditions.
Our agreed maximum capacity on the whole premises must be respected at all times during a stay both day and night.
The charging of electric vehicles is not allowed.
The owners live on site so are available to help you get the best out of your holiday.

pool was excellent this together with the play area made the holiday for the kids especially the grown up ones. Only problemwas getting there as none of our sat navs worked properly. on any of our 5 cars

Everything you could possibly want is there for you. The facilities are well equipped and the pool and large garden space welcome for active children in the party.

This review is long over due as we holidayed back in August 2015 but better late than never I always say.
We had a fantastic holiday at St Leon in Brittany. We found the property perfect for our needs with plenty of room for our group of 11 adults and 4 children, aged 8 - 16 and more importantly plenty of bathrooms.
The pool was great to keep the kids entertained and the fact it had a cover over meant we could use it in all weather conditions.
The property owners were very friendly, kind and very helpful in helping us plan our days out. As a large group in a foreign country with not a lot of the spoken language between us, we found the English owners a great help and a great reassurance from the moment of booking right through to our days spent in France.
We explored the local area as well as slightly further afield. We loved embracing the French culture, we went along to a local bank holiday farmers/tractor day, climbed our way through the trees at the French equivalent of Go Ape, spent one day at the beach and went to several markets, day and night. There really was plenty to do and we made some great memories.
We took advantage of the in house catering option several times during our stay and would throughly recommend this service. Booked through the owners, like magic, a lovely lady catered to our needs and brought delicious home cooked meals to our door for a very reasonable price, portion sizes were large and desserts were spot on!
The moral of this story, we had a great holiday in a lovely property in a fantastic area. Thanks for having us! :)
