The house is located in Marino, one of the Castelli Romani countries, 20 km from Rome and 2 km from Castelgandolfo, papal summer residence known for its beautiful bathing lake.
The apartment is located in the old town, in one of the oldest buildings in the country, just a few steps from the bus stop and close to the railway station. The center of Rome is therefore easy to reach in just 20 minutes or by train to Rome Termini Station or by bus to Anagnina Metro Station. Ciampino Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by bus.
The apartment consists of two fully furnished double bedrooms, a large lounge with frescoed ceilings and doors, a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom. Complete the apartment with a little balcony overlooking the main square of the village and view of Rome, which also allows guests to smoke.

Property is centrally located in the town of Marino with train access to Rome Termini. Train station is a 10 min walk to the apartment, but there is also a small bus that waits at the train station when the train from Rome arrives.
Our family was delighted with the apartment and the local culture and people. Special mention to our host, most gracious and attentive. We will return! Thank you!

This apartment was everything we could’ve asked for. The area is great if you need a break from the tourist traps in Rome, the host is so responsive and helpful, he gave amazing dinner recommendations and was always there if we needed any help. We would go back just to stay in this apartment. It’s super spacious, clean and close to the train station.

We loved the location, went to a local restaurant, had dinner, and thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We would love to go back. Just wish there had been some fans in each room, was very hot there.
