The building and its garages are secure. The beach and the old Chin are within walking distance in less than 15 minutes. By car, the Italian border is 10 minutes away and Monaco can be reached in less than 30 minutes.
The studio includes a main room with a fold-down double bed, a fitted kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom. A parking space is available in sheltered and secure garages.
NB: The apartment must be cleaned by each tenant before their departure.

Great accommodations for 1 or 2 guest. Owner could improve instructions for setting up air conditioner, setting the fuse boxes and locating refrigerator condenser.

We were so pleased with our stay here in this apartment! The view is the best on the boulevard. The apartment is very quiet and a great retreat. It is very easy to walk down to town or the beaches. We would definitely love to coming back!
