The property was clean and well equiped, would have liked draw for underwear. The location was perfect for us, with good access via the A66, also good cafe and pub in the village.

Generally very good - very quiet, and in excellent location. The caretaker was helpful & friendly. One minor criticism: the bath would be too high for a disabled person to get into; my wife had difficulty.

Fantastic stayover after a difficult year we were so ready to recharge our batteries, the cottage had everything we needed to include complimentary wine and biscuits. Extremely well laid out ground floor accommodation for 2 people with loads of space. Threlkeld is a lovely village with 2 local pubs within walking distance and a short trip to Keswick. Cant wait to return
