About this house rental
The villa has everything that you need in a home to enjoy nice holidays. There are two floors in the house. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, bathroom, toilette, kitchen with dining room/living room open space with large terrace in front of it. On the first floor, there is one bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen with dining room/living room open space with large terrace in front of it. There heating/air-conditioning in the main area living room-open space. Total, there are three bedrooms, all with a closet, two of them with toilet table. In two bedrooms, there are double-sized bed 160x200cm and in one there is double-sized bed 180x200cm. Extended sofas for sleeping are in the living room. One kitchen has stove, microwave with grill option, dishwasher, refrigerator and another one has microwave with grill option and refrigerator. Both bathrooms have walk in shower, toilette and sink. Living area (living rooms are with cable TV, free wifi, sofa).
There are four terraces with garden furniture and sun shade own balcony, with a fig tree that in the summer you can eat fruits from, the grill area is included. Private swimming pool is in the yard. There is private car park (max. two cars) next to the street included in the price. Property is semi detached.
The villa is first row to the sea with a magnificent view from the house and the swimming pool area.
There are Trogir, Split, Šibenik, Krka National Park, Sinj with Sinjska Alca, Knin and many other interersting places

Overall, we spent a great time in this nice property over 2 weeks. To add to what was mentioned in earlier reviews already, the following shall be noted:
Very positive:
- the location of the house is in a calm area (=personal preference, for younger people, Okrug Donji might be of higher interest) with a great private pool and with sea access, just some meters below the house & enough space for everybody, even during main season
- Helena is a great host, very responsive and caring
To be considered:
- Access to the house from the street (luggage!) is super steep and a real challenge, a 4 wheel drive car, a real advantage, if luggage doesn't need to be carried up/down from/to the house.
- The house is in the landing zone of Split airport with incoming planes regularly and disturbing the overall very nice scenery
- In case of rain, it is not possible to sit together with more people inside. A roof cover above the outside patio next to the grill would help this (= improvement potential)

Die Vermieterin ist super hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist grandios, 40 m zum Meer, unverbauter Blick direkt aufs Meer. Zahlreiche Sitzgelegenheiten, tolle Grillstelle, wunderschöner, sauber, großzügiger Pool. Alles in allem 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Spectacular view of the sea from top terrace. Modern apartment on top floor, fantastic swimming pool. Kitchens and bathrooms could have been cleaner. Lower apartment is not as well equipped as top floor apartment (e.g. no dishwasher, old furniture, only one hairdryer for both apartments). More towels would have been appreciated.
Only a few (steep) steps down to the sea (small cement platform).
The landlady, Helena, is very friendly and extremely hospitable. Advance information on a cash deposit would have been appreciated.
Despite minor inconveniences we can clearly recommend this accommodation.
