The Barn is a detached barn conversion cottage near to Crewkerne in Dorset. The cottage is all on the ground floor and sleeps four people in a double bedroom, a twin room and a family shower room. It also contains a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking and a patio garden with furniture. Set in beautiful countryside, The Barn is a superb retreat on a working farm in West Dorset.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Small enclosed patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 8 mins walk. Note: The water comes from a natural spring which is regularly tested. Note: This is a working farm with the farmyard next to the patio. There may be associated farm smells and sounds.
