Well equipped 2 bedroom converted stone house in a quiet location, in the farming village of Rogovici.
Close by are the towns of Tar - 2 km, Porec 12 km, Novigrad 8 km, Motovun 20 km.
This is a most beautiful area of Istria. An ideal base for peaceful days and evenings at home, but with easy access to the coastal and inland sites of Istria. Fantastic wines, tasty local truffle dishes in abundance, beautiful scenery.
Large fitted kitchen, ideal for self catering. The living and sleeping areas are large and well furnished, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. Parking for 2 cars.
There is not a garden. To the front of the house are an open terrace and a covered terrace. The house is securely fenced and gated. Rural tranquillity, friendly people, good food and good wines. There is a safe public children's play area 50m from the house, with swings and slides.

The house lived up to all our expectations. It is located in a tiny rural village, is very well equipped for a family stay, neat and tidy, rooms are spacious, offering superb comfort. Supermarket, fuel station, beach and restaurants are all just a few minutes drive from the house. Contactless checkin and checkout worked seamlessly and communication with the owner was easy and fast. Very pleased all in all.

Wer einen Aufenthalt auf dem Land sucht, ist mit dem Haus gut bedient. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und hat auf beiden Etagen eine Klimaanlage. Wir waren dort eine Woche und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Schräg gegenüber befinden sich ebenfalls Ferienhäuser, die zu unserer Zeit mit Jugendlichen bewohnt waren, die die Nacht zum Tag habe werden lassen (laute Musik). Dieses hat nichts mit dem Haus zu tun, kann überall passieren. Zu empfehlen sind folgende Restaurants in der Nähe:

Der Gastgeber ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Nur wegen dem Gastgeber sind wir im Haus geblieben. Mit der Fewo Agentur sind wir nicht zufrieden/mangelhaft.Wir haben keine Entschlüsselungsnummer vom Safe bekommen. Wir haben uns mehrfach gemeldet, aber leider keine Antwort von der Agentur bekommen.
