About this house rental
Family house about 140 m2 with a garden of 1400 m2, overlooking the salt marshes of Guérande and close (2 km), La Turballe (5 kms) and La Baule (7 km).
Completely renovated in 2015.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living-dining room and 1 kitchen.
Sleeps up to 10 people.
2 bedrooms consist of a large bed 140.
A children's room with a bunk bed.
A room with a sofa bed.
The living room has a pull out bed
The house is available as well as the walled garden of 1400 m2 with a trampoline.
You can enjoy the large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Cleaning:
Clean up is the responsibility of the renter from the check in until the check out.
For 6 nights minimum, we provide bed linens and towels. We also charge 30€ for cleaning fees for the cleaning of the bed linens, towels.
House at the entrance of a village paludier near Salt Marsh.
Ideally located for exploring the area on foot (GR3 and numerous hiking trails) and cycling (Vélocéan course)

Das Haus und seine Einrichtung sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gepflegt. Der Gastgeber war gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben unsere Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Gegend sehr genossen.
