Welcome to La Studio Maison Blanc! This studio loft apartment is located on the Chateau Blanc Vineyard Estate and is nestled in the hills of Temecula wine country. This beautiful property offers a truly unique experience with the feeling of being in the French countryside, yet less than a 10-minute drive to all the Valley has to offer!
La Studio Maison Blanc is a 900 square foot studio loft apartment situated above the garage of the main house and has its own private entrance. Upon entering the gates into the courtyard you’ll immediately feel relaxed as you catch a glimpse of Chateau Blanc’s very own cabernet franc vineyard and park-like setting. You’ll access La Studio Maison Blanc though the etched glass and hardwood door, and find a custom bathroom, vanity and shower, then up the stairs to the second level studio loft apartment complete with kitchenette, California king bed, dining area, and family room. The kitchenette includes a sink, small counter space, island cart, Keurig and standard coffee maker, beverage fridge/freezer, and microwave. The bed is brand new and adorned with all the best linens. The dining area has a bar-height table with seating for four to enjoy a meal overlooking the living area furnished with a plush love seat, two side chairs and “smart” TV. La Studio Maison Blanc is ideal for a party of two but can sleep up to four people with the two-resort style roll away beds stored behind the decorative French screen.
One of the unique features of Chateau Blanc Vineyard Estate is the beauty of the French-inspired design by Beldon Fields, one of the original Disneyland Artisans. Over the years, the property has expanded, yet the owners proudly preserved its true beauty. Adjacent to Chateau Blanc Vineyard Estate is the well-known Briar Rose Winery; the first structure built by Fields in the 1970’s for his wife, designed to be a replica of Snow White’s cottage. When staying at La Studio Maison Blanc you can start your wine country tour just steps away from your front door!
For those vacationing in Southern California, the Temecula Valley is only an hour from San Diego to the south and Orange County to the west. La Studio Maison Blanc is just a short 15-minute drive to Old Town Temecula, Pechanga Casino, Promenade Mall, and less than 10 minutes from grocery stores, in-town restaurants, and all the wineries in the Valley. Don't want to drive? The Temecula Valley has Uber & Lyft services available, as well as several wine tour companies.
La Studio Maison Blanc is one of three residences that are available for rent at Chateau Blanc Vineyard Estate. In addition to La Studio Maison Blanc, there is also the main house (Chateau Blanc Estate) and a guest house (La Petite Maison Blanc) that additional guests could enjoy during your stay. All three of the residences are private with separate entrances. La Studio Maison Blanc can be rented in conjunction with the guest house and/or the main house for multiple rental options.

This has the potential to be an incredible property. Unfortunately there were too many little annoyances to reach that potential; stained and dirty carpets, bathroom door had been repaired but never repainted, shower soap container was empty, no regular TV (just streaming), nice coffee pot and Keurig but no coffee despite providing tea and hot chocolate. Also, friends in the guesthouse on the same property were given coffee. None of these are huge, but put together it was disappointing.
