About this apartment rental
Fantastic location. Fully furnished and refurbished June 2019. This 3 bedroom apartment proposes a modern and elegant touch and is situated directly in the heart of Cannes on the famous Rue de Felix Faure.
Upon exiting the apartment you are situated immediately onto the pedestranised promenade in the heart of the old town. Surrounded by the many bars, restaurants and designer shops that Cannes has to offer.
The private beach past the Palais are a five-minute walk away and the public beaches past le Suquet are a leisurely seven-minute walk away. Available for short and long term stays.
The apartment offers easy access to the metro station with its links to Monaco and St Tropez if you fancy visiting these wonderful, popular locations in France.
We welcome visitors to our apartment for congress, long weekends or longer visits.
There is a wonderful, welcome atmosphere in Cannes and many things to do include wonderful, leisurely walks along the beach, many fantastic restaurants and bars as well as easy access to local bakeries, markets and supermarkets if you fancy something a little closer to home!

Very nice place everything works and super well taken care of. The hosts are very responsive to any email, questions and always available. The location is the best very close to the Palais and La Croisette.Many restaurants near by.Kitchen well equiped.I’d stayed there again in a second. We were 3 people and having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms really worked out

Could not be more convenient and very spacious for an extended family (two seniors and parents with two small kids). The property manager is very responsive and professional, a pleasure to deal with.

Right in the middle of all that Cannes has to offer-minutes walk to the Festival Palace, Boat show, side walk cafes and Gelato shops.

We loved the location but the shower leaked, some of the air conditioners did not work. The supplies were very limited we ended up having to buy dish clothes, toilet paper, garbage bags, kitchen was minimally outfitted and more towels were needed for bathrooms. Overall maintenance audit should be done before each renter; such as checking light bulbs, air conditioning, etc.
Some of furniture is in need of replacement.
But again great location.
