Worked well for 4 guys, 1 bed room has bunk beds, Had option for fold out beds, Were supposed to have 5 guys , Would have been tight but better cost wise. But only 1 full bath Rented and got charged the VRBO fee, didn't expect that along with the 1st charge, I should have paid attention to that, My first time rent from VRBO. But good overall.

Terrific location, great social space in the backyard, easy load/unload with parking slab off-street. Owner was very responsive and worked hard to make our stay memorable. We already are talking about returning!

Was very disappointed that the grill wasn’t cleaned and rusty ! I’d think you’d clean that after ever use like the rest of the house. Also nowhere to put your clothes for that long we had to lay them out on the bunk beds. No where for your toiletry in the main. Bathroom. It was close to the beach we could ride our bikes was a plus.
