About this apartment rental

Independent apartments with accommodation for 4 people, but can accommodate up to six, with 2 suites (one on the lower floor and one on the upper floor), with balconies equipped with guardrails, ceiling fans in all rooms, air conditioning, televisions (WIFI), complete kitchen, solar heating, two parking spaces, laundry, external showers, rainwater capture avoiding scarcity, 5 minutes from the Historical Center of Paraty, privileging walks in the beach, and a comfortable stay with total privacy.

Imóvel Limpo, bem localizado. Anfitriões solícitos e bem educados. Estão enfrentando um problema com a internet. Como sugestão, é possível instalar uma repetidora de sinal wi-fi, isso resolveria o problema. Em demais, colchões em bom estado, pintura em bom estado, utensílios, em ótimo estado. Esquecemos as cobertas e os anfitriões foram de pronto socorro a providenciar. Depois desta experiência, estamos pensando em nos mudar para a cidade de Paraty. Muito Obrigado!

Embora não tão próximo do centro histórico, a localização é muito boa e tem várias opções de alimentação sem precisar de carro. Não sei quanto às outras unidades mas a que fiquei necessita de reforma em vários aspectos.
