About this villa rental
This residence is on a large secluded site in a quiet neighborhood close to the water. Few hundred meters to the beautiful Roskilde Fjord. You will love my residence because of the light, the modern decor, the high ceilings and the cozy.
The residence close to the beautiful charming town of Roskilde, just off the Roskilde Fjord and only 30 min drive to the center of Købehavn.
The perfect accommodation for couples, business travelers and families (with children) if you want water and nature and be close to the city's opportunities and offers.
The accommodation is in a plan with very simple and modern decor. There is modern furniture in the large kitchen / family room that is connected to the living room.
Relax in the spa, enjoy the sun from the large terrace surrounding the whole house or play ball on the large lawn.
Turn on the grill and enjoy the evening under the large covered terrace.
There is free WiFi throughout the house and large free parking space on the plot
As guests in our house you can access the whole house and use all of the facilities. Enjoy the sun on the terrace, relax in the spa, play ball on the ground or you can swim, surf, sail SUP a few hundred meters from the house in the lovely Roskilde Fjord.
The key will be available from a key box if we do not have the opportunity to meet up personally. We will let you be completely alone during your stay, but it is possible to contact us by mail or phone.
There is free WiFi throughout the house, free TV channels and free parking on the grounds.
It is not allowed to have pets with or allowed to smoke in the house.
Likewise, we prefer that no footwear is used inside.

There are a number of shopping opportunities within a few hundred meters.

It is also possible to take the bus to Ølstykke, Stenløse or Roskilde, as well as to Copenhagen.

Very nice and spacious house in a super quiet neighborhood. Everything was as described and the host was always quick to respond whenever we had questions. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a quiet and relaxed get away.

We really enjoyed our stay in this fantastic property. The area was very quiet but only a short walk or drive to local shops. Although we only stayed for four nights we managed to visit Frederiksborg Castle, Copenhagen and even a day trip over the (admittedly very expensive) bridge to Sweden. Even the trip to Malmo wasn’t much longer than an hour’s drive!
The house was exactly as the photos show, spacious, stylish and with a huge garden. We loved Denmark, especially Copenhagen and would definitely recommend it and this house if you are happy to drive to places rather than stay in the city.

The property was gorgeous! It was very clean and very well kept up. The swing and chairs on the amazing deck were our favorite spot to hang out at! The hosts actually met us there; walked us through the house and were SO welcoming. As parents traveling with teens and a one year old this place met all our family needs. Walking distance to the beach and to the grocery store. About 15-20 minutes from Rosklide which has an adorable strip full of restaurants and stores you can walk next to a beautiful church! Highly recommend it this property!

Property was very clean. Many amenities including full kitchen and cookware, dishwasher, washer and dryer, fireplace. Lots of space and places to spread out in home. 3 bedroom, 1 full bath and 1 half bath. Full back yard and large deck. It is “near” city and water, but you need a vehicle to reach conveniently. Host was excellent, good communication. Highly recommend!
