The finca is located on the Las Marinas road on the coast. The house is located in the back of the approximately 4,500 sqm plot, the terraces and the pool are behind the house on the south side. Towards the street there is a large garden with lawns, palm trees and orange trees.
The pretty residential area, which partly belongs to Denia and partly to Els Poblets, is characterized by the different beaches: about 150 meters from the villa is the sandy beach. This beach goes in pure, kilometer-long sandy beach over to the other side of Denia. About 500 meters left of the finca begins a 2 km long pebble beach, this is followed by a beautiful long dune beach. Ideal for all water sports.
Interesting cities nearby, Denia, Altea, Javea, Benissa and Gandia.
Alicante airport is 90km away and Valencia is 85km away.
Restaurante and shopping around the corner and of course in 7km away in Denia.

Extremely convenient location .
15 minutes by car to the centre of Denia
Literally 2 minutes to a wonderful clean beach.
There is a convenient small supermarket around the corner and 2 restaurants located on the beach within easy walking distance.
The villa itself has great private oudoor areas and a relaxing pool.
The furnishings in the villa and the kitchen are somewhat outdated.
Overall this was a enjoyable and relaxing stay.
