About this house rental
Independent villa with large garden located in the center of Greve in Chianti, just 100 meters from the main square of the town and a few steps from the bus stop that allows you to quickly and easily reach the city of Florence. The house has 4 large bedrooms (3 double bedrooms + one triple bedroom), 2 bathrooms with shower, a kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories and utensils (including microwave and dishwasher), a living room with large-screen smart TV. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are present in all bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi active throughout the house.
For those who choose a holiday during the colder season, the house is equipped with a heating system and the living room has a warm fireplace.
A large garden with pergola and barbecue extends to the back of the accommodation, in a quiet and private position. In the warmer months a relaxation area is set up with sofas, sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
Private garage available free of charge for motorbikes and bicycles, with 3 bicycles provided for guests. Possibility of access to the garage also for small and medium-sized cars (garage entrance dimensions: 220 cm width; 170 cm height)
Laundry area available with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The location is absolutely strategic for all travel and excursions in Chianti because here the main roads that run through the valley intersect, offering unique and incomparable views of the Tuscan countryside. Greve is famous throughout the world for its splendid Piazza Matteotti. Starting from Greve you will have no difficulty in discovering the thousand enchanted corners, the views, the panoramas, the cellars, the castles and the suggestive medieval villages of Chianti, first of all the very close Castello di Montefioralle which is only about 2 km from the accommodation and can be reached with a pleasant walk. Florence is about 30 km away and can be easily reached by bus; the bus stop is right in front of the house.

Cristina was incredibly welcoming and helpful! From the booking, to the check-in, throughout the length of our stay, she made us feel at home. The house is immaculate and full of small details and nice touches. I traveled with my family (9 people total) and we felt very comfortable, as the house is spacious and cozy. Greve in Chianti is a jewel in Tuscany, with a ton of personality and perfect to immerse yourself into Italian culture. Food and wine are phenomenal, don’t forget to stop by La Cantina, where the service and dishes are spectacular. This vacation was a 10/10

Where do I start. We were greeted at the airport in Florence By Antonella and Luca. Luca drove us back to the beautiful house which Cristina was awaiting for us at with fresh Mozzarella and tomato Caprese, Prosciutto, Crostini and of course wine. Cristina made us feel like family. We ate and she gave us a tour of the house. Went over a possible itinerary which Cristina put together for us of our week in Tuscany, Florence and sienna. We have never been to Italy before and she made the planning so easy for us. Who would be a better planner of that then someone who lives their. It was the perfect itinerary. Crisina drove us to visited wineries for tours and tastings which she made all the reservations for so thankful, Drove us to all the important towns in Tuscany, And to her home town of Florence which she walked around to explain all the sites. We also had plenty of family time together. A special thank you to Luca for giving us the tour of Siena with Cristina. We even went to places that only the locals would know. They both explained the history of Siena. We had lunch in Siena at Te Ke Voi which I highly recommend great experience. We had the best Pizza ever at La Veranda Pizza and Cucina in Siena. What a wonderful restaurant experience with Luca and Cristina. In Greve in Chianti there is also so many things to do in town. Great restaurants local, supermarket and butcher shops right down the street, shopping and wine bars. All within walking distance. You can spend so much time just walking around Greve. The house is in a great location with a bus stop around the corner which goes to Florence and Siena very convenient. There even local banks and atm machines to convert into euros. The house was very comfortable with air conditioning. Four spaces bedrooms with a living room and a wonderful kitchen. Of the kitchen is a balcony with table and chairs bistro style to enjoy espresso or a glass of wine. All the locals were very nice.They have a fantastic backyard with table and chairs. They even have a wood burning fireplace/oven which I cooked Bistecca Fiorentina in thank you Luca for the recommendation. Had to cook in Italy at least one day since I love to cook. The house location was perfect to enjoy Italy. I recommend using Crisitna as your tour guide she is wonderful. We now have a new family in Greve with Crisina, Antonella and Luca.
