The apartment is located on the first floor in a single house in a residential area and was completely renovated in March 2016.
The accommodation consists of a living area with sofa bed, entrance hall, closet, large bathroom and double bedroom. It is fully furnished and functional for 2-4 people. Linen, towels and sheets are not provided. Energy class C + 64. 96 kWh / m2a
Access for guests:
Available during the stay there is a large square and common garden with attached uncovered parking spaces. Ski storage available.

Dimaro-Folgarida is a village located in the center of the Val di Sole, at the foot of the ski area comprising the winter resorts of Folgarida-Marilleva, Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo. The ski area is spread over 150Km of slopes and 62 ski lifts in the Brenta Dolomites. The location is surrounded by the Adamello - Brenta park and the Stelvio park. Nearby there are also the thermal centers of Peio and Rabbi and the winter resorts of Peio and Passo del Tonale. The holiday home is an excellent starting point for your white weeks. In the area there is the possibility to practice cross-country skiing, ski touring, snowshoeing and skating.

appartamento pulito, in ordine proprietario eccellente. Ci ha messo a nostro agio e fornito ogni comodità che avessimo bisogno. Arredo moderno e funzionale sotto ogni punto di vista. Soprattutto interessante il grande spazio a disposizione nelle stanze.
La posizione è ottimale per raggiungere il centro paese e vicino anche a un noleggio bici.
