About this house rental
House 90m2 stone located at 10 / 15mins from Vals-les-Bains / Aubenas and accessible by roads of the Ardèche mountains. The house has charm and Character with beautiful views of the valley. It offers all the modern facilities and a bed for 6 people. It includes the 1st floor a bathroom with toilet, a bedroom with double bed and a room with 2 single beds, and the ground floor, one toilet and a double bedroom and a bathroom. There is a wooden terrace of 13m2 about where you can eat etc ... The village of Saint Andéol de Vals is 30 / 45mns walk by a footpath. In the village there is a supermarket and a coffee shop. On the hiking trail we pass a small river where you can access a clearing to swim. Vals-Les-Bains is 10kms and between other beautiful outdoor swimming pool, spa pool with its spa center, shops, a casino, a cinema and a tourist office. Markets offer delicious local produce. Aubenas, medieval town has a lot of charm with on the outskirts a choice of department stores. The Ardeche Gorges are about 45mins.

The house has a marvelous view - stunning! We enjoyed the stay very much. You need a car, you are in the splendid isolation of Massif Central. The house is staged simple, but you have everything you need. The contact to Valeria was excellent, she answered my questions very quick and helped and supported with informations. Please note that you have no WiFi.

Nous avons vraiment passé un agréable séjour.
La maison est paisible et pratique, très propre, et a tout le nécessaire pour bien démarrer son séjour ainsi que tout les ustensiles utiles pour la cuisine. L'électroménager est neuf, la vaisselle en nombre suffisant, ainsi que poêle et casseroles.
Une petite pépite ce petit salon avec la vue sur la montagne.
Sylvie est vraiment très agréable.
Dès notre arrivée, avec son accent du Sud et son accueil chaleureux nous savions que nous étions en vacances.
Viviane est très à l'écoute et tres réactive aux mails échangés.
En bref, une semaine avec un temps splendide passée très vite!

en arrivant les plaques électriques ne fonctionnaient pas la maman de sylvie nous a depanné avec un petit rechaud a deux plaques et le frigo ne faisait pas beaucoup de froid sinon tres belle maison les petits enfants occupaient le deuxième étage vaste salle de jeu une chambre deux lits et une chambre de deux personnes ils étaient heureux d'avoir un espace à eux nous avons passé une semaine magnifique on connaissait pas la region c'est magnifique nous avons fait de belles ballades grottes gorge de l'Ardèche plus au nord train a vapeur dans les gorges du doux le lac de martial
