About this villa rental
Unique holiday home in Sourbrodt, located in the municipality of Waimes, just steps away from the Hautes Fagnes Nature Park. Formerly known as Villa Vincent, this family home is now Belgium's first themed holiday home with a board game library!
Spacious and comfortable gîte
Ludogîte can accommodate up to 12 people and 2 young children. It includes:
5 cozy bedrooms
3 bathrooms
A fully equipped kitchen
A comfortable living room with TV and Wi-Fi
A large dining room, ideal for group meals
An exceptional board game library
At the heart of the project is Ludogîte's board game library, with over 1300 games, from classics to the latest releases, for all ages and levels. The collection is spread throughout the house:
Multilingual games in the hallways
Games in French, Dutch, English, and German in the bedrooms
Around fifty puzzles and more than 200 children's toys
New games added every month!
A large game room is currently being developed in an annex connected to the gîte. This will bring the entire collection together in one place, with comfortable game tables for your game nights.
Relaxation & Leisure
Ludogîte is also a place for relaxation:
A wellness area with a sauna
Two game rooms with bar, billiards, and kicker
A garden dedicated to outdoor play and fun:
Swing, slide, climbing wall
Trampoline, football field, petanque court

Walking, cycling, skiing: direct access to RAVeL, downhill skiing (4 km), and cross-country skiing (1 km)

Local culture and gastronomy, festivals, carnivals, and events at the Spa-Francorchamps Circuit
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Very nice place for large groups. The beds are very nice, and the availability of hundreds of games, playground, pooltable,tabletennis, sauna makes it perfect. Kitchen is well equipped. The surrounding are very nice for cycling and hiking.

The house was amazing, the gaming options in the house were outstanding (500+ board games, billiard, table tennis, etc. etc.). We fully enjoyed the villa, but also the surroundings!

Gîte grand et agréable, chambres confortables et nouveau propriétaire très sympathique, nous avons eu une bonne communication. Nous avons passer de très bons moments entre amis et chacun peut avoir son intimité. A refaire

We zijn er zeer vriendelijk ontvangen,eens we de rondleiding kregen met de nodige uitleg voelden we ons er al heel goed bij,een zeer net en gezellig huis met al de nodige dingen om het verblijf goed te laten verlopenHet huisje hadden we al eerder opgezocht en de omgeving op internet bekeken wat de mogelijkheden waren om ons verblijf ten volle te benutten als het goed weer waszelfs al verbleef je daar dan had je keus genoeg om in de tuin je te vermakenkinderen waren er niet bij maar we hebben ons reuze geamuseerd met de verschillende spellen.Eens het avond was gingen we biljarten en sjotten,tafeltenissen.
De toeristische trekpleisters zijn het meer van Butchenbach,de Botrange ,Baraque Michel,Robertville de verschillende fietsroutes,wandelwegen(Ravelroute,de Vehnbahn .
Een bezoekje naar Monschau is ook altijd leuk meegenomen
Een ideale vakantie voor iedereen,rust plezier,cultuur,natuur,sportief(iedereen komt aan bod) en wil je eens doorzakken dan kan je bij de eigenaar (bierhandel) ernaast een keuze maken van al dat lekkers.
We hebben een ideale vakantie gehad .
