About this villa rental
An exclusive villa with breath-taking sea views set on a characterful secluded beach. You simply cannot get a better location on the whole of Rhodes Island. Villa Cap Jano is a truly beautiful villa that is uniquely spacious set on 4,000 square meters of land ensuring full privacy and tranquility. The villa is a 10 meters walk to the beach from the gate and overlooks the sea. Everything about this villa is well thought-out for the ultimate Greek Island holiday with family and friends.
Please don't book this villa if you are coming here for a wedding or private parties as we are very strict about keeping the house in order and avoiding crazy stuff.
As you enter the terracotta walled property, you are greeted by beautiful citrus trees and olive trees that make you feel like you are on a tranquil farm at the sea. You arrive at a hand-made spacious stone shaded parking area where you get your first glimpse of how close the sea is. As you enter the front door to this double-story villa, you instantly feel at home with an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with massive sliding doors that open up onto a sprawling terrace, garden and infinity pool.
The large infinity pool has 180 degree views of the sea and surrounding bay and is perfect for sipping on a cocktail and admiring the sea. The pool terrace has ample shade to relax on a sun lounger and read your book and is equipped with an outdoor shower to freshen-up. The best part is it's only a 10 meters walk to the beach from your gate.
There is a landscaped garden, a well-equipped BBQ area with comfy loungers sprawled across the terrace with a generous space for alfresco dining.
Villa Cap Jano contains 4 large bedrooms where guests can enjoy endless sea views from the balcony of each room. All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with spacious fitted wardrobes and A/C. Two of the rooms are en-suite. Three of the rooms have double beds and one room has two single beds that can also be pushed together.
A private villa tucked away from the hustle and bustle that provides serenity, yet an easy walking distance to Pefkos main beach and the main street of Pefkos where you can find plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, a bakery and pharmacy. Only 10 minutes by car from St Paul's Bay and Lindos village and Acropolis - the main attraction on the Island of Rhodes.
Everything about this villa eludes Grecian dream holiday creating an atmosphere of calm and serenity. You can quite easily spend your entire holiday lying by the pool overlooking the sea.
This villa accommodates maximum and strictly up to 8 guests including children or babies.
Apart from the guests, no one is allowed in the propriety.

This was the perfect spot for our family holiday. Jano was so gracious and helpful. The villa had everything we needed, and lots of space to be together or have some quiet time alone. We swam in the pool and the ocean, took day trips a couple of times, and enjoyed dinners out in Pefkos when we weren’t cooking at home in the well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay at the lovely Villa Cap Jano again.

Wonderful property, one of the most beautiful villas we have stayed in. Lovely infinity pool and outside area with lots of different seating areas, including outside sofas in the sun or in the shade.Also, Jano very kindly fixed up for us to go out on his boat with him for a couple of hours down the coast past Lindos to see the sights from the sea and a beautiful swim in stunning waters.We would highly recommend this villa, thank you Jano!

The villa is superb. It has absolutely everything you could possibly need. It is clean, spacious, all the rooms have excellent air conditioning, including downstairs. The infinity pool is exceptional . Perfect temperature , large and with many sun beds . Towels, including pool towels and beach towels are provided . A few steps away from a gorgeous quiet beach. Ask how to cut across the field and a 3 min walk takes you to a large beach with sun beds and parasols and fantastic restaurants!! The location is perfect . There is also a separate room which has it’s own entrance, kitchen and bathroom attached to the villa. The kitchen in the villa is very large with every utensil you could possibly need and we had lots of bbq meals sat in the outside eating area. I wish we had stayed for 2 weeks, 1 week was not enough. Book and enjoy, you won’t regret it and as everybody has said, the owners are really , really nice and helpful. They organised an amazing day out for all my family for a very special birthday and booked it, checked everything was ready for the day and Captain Jano’s good friend Nico is the taxi driver ( who gave us homemade olive oil and homemade jam)! We miss it already and only got back yesterday !
