Large villa in the Pissouri Village area, Cyprus, available all year round, with amazing views of both sea and mountains. It has its own pool and secluded garden. The villa has 3 large double en-suite bedrooms and large living area which seats 6. Kitchen with American-style fridge/freezer, range, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. Juicer, liquidiser, grilling machine. Timed air conditioning and central heating throughout. 32' plasma TV with DVD and large video collection. Covered patios. Balconies with tables and chairs on. 2 Large parasols. 5 minutes' drive from the beach at Pissouri Bay. Beautiful walks from villa to cliff tops, overlooking Pissouri Bay. Large gas BBQ. Internet Wi-Fi access. Landline for incoming calls. Car needed. Possible to walk to village but takes 20 minutes. 20 minutes' drive from Paphos Airport and one hour and a quarter's drive from Larnaca. The villa is a non-smoking villa. There is a cleaning service and a welcome pack is provided. Key safe.

What a lovely villa and stay. Peaceful location in close reach of village and beach by car. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay and no problems with anything. Thank you so much Sarah too for allowing us a late checkout.Back to the rainy uk now- bit we will be back for sure

Very happy with the villa and its location. All was clean and well laid out. Pool was cleaned regularly and well maintained. Internet worked well and al the facilities inside. Outside area offered great options as to where sit and relax and view was great. Thank you

My family had a wonderful stay at this property. It was a great size and very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Communication from the owner and manager were outstanding, the info sent before the holiday was really helpful and when we had a slight problem it was sorted extremely quickly. We couldn’t have asked for more. Would highly recommend 😁

The villa is situated high up with excellent views across Akrotiri bay. The villa amenities are not actually as described but it is a nice villa but in need of some updating and cosmetic work to bring it up to date.
