About this house rental
The "Casa Toscane" is located in a perfect panoramic position right on the quiet Tuscan hills. The house shows a perfect combination between traditional architecture and contemporary design. It is surrounded by a beautifully-kept terrace garden with a spectacular salt-water swimming pool.
The 55 square meter "Casa Toscane" is a lemon house newly renovated as a loft, with a kitchen-dining room, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a bathroom with shower and a double bed.
The garden of about 1500 square meters is provided with several relaxing areas, naturally shaded by large oak trees or by pergolas. Right outside the Casa Toscane, there is a stone paved courtyard, well equipped and shaded to eat meals in the open air.
Guests have access to barbecue, outdoor table and chairs, sun-loungers, both on the house level and on the pool level.
The Casa Toscane has an independent access with a private parking available exclusively for guests. You reach the house through a small road about 30 meters length.
The house, the garden and the swimming pool are at guests' disposal.
The swimming pool is open from May to September, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and is shared with property owners.
Wi-Fi is only accessible on the pool level.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns in diesem kleinen Paradies sofort wohl gefühlt.
In dem wunderbar geschmackvoll ausgetatteten Haus fehlt es an nichts. Man möchte das Haus und den liebevoll gepfegten Garten mit Pool gar nicht verlassen. Aber wenigsten Lucca sollte man sich anschauen ;-)
Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und wären gern glatt noch ein paar Wochen geblieben ... ;-)
Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich nur empfehlen, gerade für Urlauber, welche die Ruhe und die Natur lieben.
Ganz lieben Dank und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ambiente esteticamente molto curato e organizzato con tutti i comfort, pulitissimo e con tanto spazio per lasciare i bambini liberi di giocare. La proprietaria è gentilissima e noi siamo stati benissimo!

Emplacement très calme, situé à quelques kms de LUCCA (charmante ville). Isabelle et Lorenzo sont des gens discrets, plein de petites attentions (pain maison, confitures, lait , pâtes, et prosecco... à notre arrivée) et en plus très sympas . Cela fait environ 1 an qu'ils font çà et demande ce qu'ils pourraient être améliorer dans un soucis de perfection (qu' ils ont presque atteint). Seul petit bémol, il n'y a pas la Wifi dans la maison (mais près de la piscine) mais Lorenzo va très vite la mettre. Maison très raffinée et piscine sublime. A ne pas rater.
