About this house rental
Spacious Town house situated in the old center part of Casoli. Large terrace consists of dinning for 6 and gas BBQ, so you can relax and enjoy the spectacular views of the Maiella Mountains. 1st bedroom has king size bed, 2nd bedroom has bunk beds, . Kitchen consists of dining seating for 6, cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster . Living room has 2 sofa beds tv, dvd. From Mountain view you are just a short walk down to the town , which consists of traditional shops and bars. Walk around the corner of the house and you can vist Casoli Castle, or simply relax on the terrace and watch the life of a traditional Italian town. Casoli also has a beautiful lake. Enjoy a lovely meal at the restaurant that over looks the lake. If you like skiing, it is only 50 minutes away in the car. If you want to go to the beach to view the beautiful coastline , it is also only a 30 min drive. I recommend that if you at the coast you visit one of the Trabocchi (old fishing machine) of which many are now restaurants. Majella Mountains is a National Park that is home to brown bears and wolves along with the usual wildlife.The Abruzzo area is also very popular with mountain bikers. Casoli is 45 min drive from Pescara airport. Ryanair operate cheap flights from London Stansted, Paris Beauvals, Milan Bergamo, Brussels Charleroli, Girona Barcelona, Dussledorf Weeze, Franfurt Hahn to Pescara.The house is not suitable for people with disabilities.

The house was in an amazing location just below the castle at the top of Casoli. There is no AC and it was extremely warm but the area was going through a heatwave at the time. Comfortable stay but would be enhanced if a few more easy essentials were included like hand soap/washing up liquid/bin bags. A few more bins in addition to the only kitchen bin would be helpful as well. There was a water ban on between 9pm-6am everyday with the water supply to the whole town being turned off. It would have been useful to know this so we could have arrived with water as we checked in at 1am to find none of the taps worked!

Excellent séjour à Casoli ! Dans un logement confortable et bien équipé. Un accueil très chaleureux de Amanda avec une description précise pour trouver le logement. Dommage que les fenêtres ne sont pas équipées de moustiquaires car les nuits sont difficiles avec les moustiques ! Une superbe terrasse bien équipée avec une vue magnifique sur la ville et un superbe panorama sur la Maiella. Merci pour la bouteille de vin de bienvenue !

Appartamento delizioso, dotato di qualsiasi comfort. Il punto forte è senz’altro la terrazza: spaziosa, comoda, panoramica. Amanda è stata un host impeccabile, dall’invio dettagliato delle indicazioni sia per trovare la casa che il parcheggio (consiglio quello fuori il centro storico), alla disponibilità per l’orario di arrivo e di partenza (grazie anche per la bottiglia di vino di Benvenuto!).
Unico consiglio: poiché la sera (in particolare d’estate) in casa fa caldo e fuori ci sono alcuni insetti, inserire delle zanzariere o delle veneziane (porta per la terrazza e camera da letto principale) permetterebbero di dormire molto più freschi.

We are leaving Casoli after 10 days in this wonderful place with some tears in our eyes. Really nice appartment and you can find all what do you need for to feel like home. Thx a lot and you can be shure that we will come back again....
