Even for the "Poggio alla Rocca" products, it leaves nature and the fruits of this land suited to the olive tree and vineyard to do. The three types of extra virgin olive oil are obtained by cold pressing from three cultivars (correggiolo, leccino and dolciano) with excellent organoleptic characteristics. The Poggio alla Rocca vineyards are exposed to the south-west, in front of Montalcino, on marly limestone soils rich in minerals. The plant dates back to 1975 and the ancient Chianti recipe includes the following vines: Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo (red 13.5%). malvasia and trebbiano (white 12.5%)
