Garreg Ddu in Blaenau Ffestiniog, Gwynedd, can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Garreg Ddu is a mid-terrace cottage in Blaenau Ffestiniog, Snowdonia, with two bedrooms (king-size and double), a ground-floor shower room, and first-floor cloakroom. It offers a kitchen, dining area, and sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside: roadside parking, front patio, and rear yard. Minimum 7-night stays apply 12 July- 30 Aug (Fri-Fri). No 2-night stays after May 2025. Please inform if bringing bikes for storage arrangements.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix, DVD player, WiFi, DVD's selection of books and games. All fuel and power inc. in rent. One complimentary basket of fuel for the wood burning stove. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking and additional layby available on a first come, first served basis. Front patio with seating, enclosed rear yard. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only), additional dogs by prior arrangement. Please be mindful, if your circumstances change prior to your arrival, please inform the owner or Sykes if you need to amend pets etc (The owner does provide a welcome pack for your fury friends). Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 min walk. Please inform us or the owner if you are brining bikes during so we can make the correct arrangements for storage.

Town: The historic slate town of Blaenau Ffestiniog is situated in a superb, central position for exploring the Snowdonia National Park, and has a good selection of amenities. The main local attractions include the slate mines where visitors can take fascinating underground trips to see mining as it was done in days gone by - and the famous narrow gauge Ffestiniog mountain railway which runs for 13 miles through the Snowdonia National Park to the harbour town of Porthmadog. Many glorious local beaches, suitable for children, are within easy driving distance.
