The proximity to the sea and also the town center with shops and restaurants, in all cases a 5 to 10 min walk from the property. The owners were very helpful with any issues we faced and were always easy to reach. The washing machine was very convenient for cleaning our clothes after visiting the beach.

The property has a nice view to the sea and the nearby beach. The beach Lopar is calmer and everything is less expensive than on the Paradise beach. It is about 2-5 minutes walk away from the apartment so we could run to get ice-cream from the fridge in the house. The neighborhood is quiet. There is a supermarket and a bakery very close to it, as well as one of the best restaurants in the city - Konoba Ankora and Piano. Paradise beach is about 20-25 minutes walk away, so also nice option. The property location is a good starting point to visit the wild beaches of Dubac, Sahara...really worth exploring!

The accomodation was big enough and comfortable for 6 adults and a dog! The host was kind and helpful:) ! Fortunately the apartment is very well located, close to several beaches, resturants and shops. Totally recommend it!
