Location, privacy, comfortable
Decaf coffee only available, no bath rug, no shampoo. But I asked the cleaning lady for the listed and she happily provided.

There was no breakfast provided.
The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The towels provided were nice and soft.
The room was comfortable and large.
There was a major lack of sound proofing between the rooms. I could hear the conversations carried on in the room next to mine as well as every time they used the bathroom along with the accompanying sounds of their bowel movements. There were dirty dishes left by the previous guests which I washed in order not to be charged myself for leaving dirty dishes.

Comfortable bed. AC. Location. Responsive host.
Apartment was VERY dusty with insects in the window sills. The tv did not work and they couldn’t fix it during our stay.
