AGRADO GETAWAY is a 4 bedroom 2 full bath bungalow, nestled in a quaint family friendly neighborhood, with a view of mountain, walk to Oso Park greenspace. 2 car driveway, relaxing outdoor space as well as the fully equipped kitchen, serene bedrooms and comfortable living spaces, you are sure to create memories on this getaway. Daily rate is for 4 people, extra charge of $25.00 per person per day.
Mission Viejo is listed as one of the safest cities in California. You will be in a quiet, clean neighborhood community, conveniently located near stores, restaurants and have access to beaches, community centres and libraries.
This spacious and comfortable 4 bedroom 2 bath home is nestled in the heart of a family residential area. We have taken the best care to equip this home for the anticipated needs of any travelers. Wifi is available throughout the house and in the backyard. All tv' are thru internet.
Our kitchen has the been newly outfitted for cooking large family meals or warming up leftovers from the local restaurants. Large French door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave hood fan, gas stove/oven and a multitude of kitchen appliances are at your disposal. A breakfast bar between the kitchen and the dining room is a perfect perch for anyone wanting to keep the cook company or enjoy breakfast/ coffee/ or drinks. The massive picture window, overlooks the fully fenced Beautiful private backyard. Should you chose to cook outdoors there is a BBQ just out the slider doors. Cozy Fireplace with round table under a lit pergola.
The Dining room is outfitted with 2 pub height tables joined together that seats 10 comfortably. There is access to the backyard through the slider doors. There is also access to the garage/laundry room.
The living room has all new furniture and the latest in technology with a Large 50 inch smart TV, You Tube tv internet services. . Large theater style leather sofas that recline and are inviting and comfortable. An electric fireplace by tv console and an overhead fan add to the relaxing atmosphere.
Queen Suite nestled in the front of the house has an oasis feel. There is a large plush comfortable sectional sofa for lounging around privately. A triple dresser, Queen Bed with end tables and lamps, as well as a large 50 inch Smart TV with you tube TV services. Perfect for the couple that wants to enjoy relaxing. I love this room the best!
The Primary Suite has a King Bed with ample five mirrored closets, dresser for storage of your personal items, 2 night dresses with lamps. . Smaller TV with you tube tv internet service. There are 2 sinks with mirror/vanity, separate rest room w/large tiled shower with a glass door, and a toilet. The Patio doors open to an inviting seating area with a gas fireplace pit with table top space for your snacks and drinks! Cozy up and enjoy the evenings under a lit up pergola.
The Front Room has Twin Beds, double mirrored closets for personal items and a dresser, 2 end tables with lamps . Smart tv with utube tv internet service for your family. A large window with a view of the front garden .
The Side Room has 2 twin beds, double mirrored closet for personal items and a dresser., 1 night table with lamp. A large window with a view of the side walkway, TV thru internet.
The backyard oasis is extremely inviting. With a Patio dining set, BBQ and the pergola covered seating area with a gas fireplace table, and cozy couches to sit on and laze around or for entertaining morning, noon or night.

Spacious home & beautiful outdoor area…close to beaches, about an hour to 1.5 hours from San Diego Zoo, Sea World, etc and about an hour from L.A. very conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants too. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Our stay at Agrado Getaway was wonderful and communication with the owner was great. The home is very centrally located for going to various beaches and Disney and there are grocery stores and eating places located nearby, it was perfect! I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone traveling to Mission Viejo.

We loved everything about the house! So roomy for bigger families. Very clean and well stocked. The big patio was our families highlight. I highly recommend this centrally located property.

The house is very nice. Has everything you may need for your stay. In a very nice neighborhood and location. Unfortunately, we couldn’t spend much time in the house because the air conditioning didn’t work properly. It stayed 78-82 most of the time. Which isn’t OK, especially for medical issues. When I complained, I kept being told that I wasn’t working the “Nest” thermostat properly. Also told that they weren’t in Cali, so they don’t know what to tell me. Even when I informed the owner that the unit was literally frozen. Hours later, I was sent links to watch videos of the Nest thermostat. My husband had to turn on the heat to defrost the frozen air conditioning unit. Then leave the AC off for hours for it to thaw. Clearly, the unit needs to be serviced, not the thermostat. Our last morning we gave up at 4am to head home, in our nicely air conditioned truck. It was very disappointing, because California was beautiful. And we enjoyed that aspect of our trip. We bought groceries that we ended up having to throw away because it was way too hot to cook in the house. It’s really upsetting because as I stated, the house itself, is very nice. I would have liked to have been able to spend more time in it. It was literally more comfortable to be outside on the patio. Which is also very lovely. Having to purchase fans for 3 rooms on vacation, wasn’t in my plans. So before staying you may inquire about service to the air conditioner. Unless you like high temps inside.
