About this house rental
Apartment of 55 m², divided into two floors (ground and upper), with two suites, full kitchen, parking, outdoor showers, individual laundry, solar heating, alternative water supply system with 8000 liters cisterns (in reserve). Built in traditional masonry, with tiled floors, under radier lages + drills (total security).
Both suites each flat with televisions, air conditioning, fans, and wireless internet (WIFI).
Kitchens with refrigerators, stove, microwave. Electric coffee maker, table and chairs, plus all the other basic items for a good stay.
We add that there is only one flight of stairs to the second floor.
As for our address, we are located at Avenida da Jabaquara beach, corner with D. Pedro II in front of the sea, and only 1200 meters from the historical center of Paraty.

Local ótimo super limpo o proprietário super acessivel e flexibilizou os horários de checkin e checkout o que ajuda muito. Fui muito bem recepcionado indico a todos não irão se arrepender um dos melhores locais que já fiquei.

Fomos bem recebidos pelo casal Maiara e Rodrigo, foram mto atenciosos, o flat atende, mas necessita ser funcional, os banheiros não tem onde colocar o shampo ou são ineficaz, pequenas melhorias na funcionalidade faria mta diferença
