About this house rental
Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. The nightly fee is for the 1st guest, each additional guest is $25 nightly. Sleeps up to 4 adults. Kitchen is fully equipped; home also has washer and dryer. We have a fenced back yard, which is great for your "fur baby" who are traveling with you. Our home is also located close to Greenwood schools if your family is attending sporting events or graduation. A popular wedding venue, The Loft at Stone Oak, is located about 1 mile away from our home. Local Fort Smith Colleges are about 20-30 minutes away. Lake Jack Nolan is a 208 acre fishing lake located just east of home about 3/4 of a mile. House is available for short term rental for intern needs or families displaced for remodeling in their homes at a discounted rate. Great house for visiting family or friends without having to drive back and forth to Fort Smith for hotel stay.

We spent two wonderful months in Greenwood so we could enjoy our 3 great grandchildren play spots and just be involved in their lives.
Katy and Scott, our hosts, were wonderful. When we got here Kathy had decorated the house with a football theme and even had our great grandson’s jersey number on door wreath. There were new towels and dish towels.
The house was perfect for a fall get away. We plan to stay for a few weeks in Spring and again a couple of months in fall. I love this little town.

This was a perfect stay for our short family getaway to watch the solar eclipse. Kathy worked really hard all day to get the house ready for us after the fridge broke. She even left water bottles and a bag of ice for us to use as well. The place is comfortable and clean and in a good neighborhood. Kathy responded to our messages instantly. She also gave some good recommendations on a BBQ place in Bonneville. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

We came from out of state to visit family and this was perfect. It was the perfect spot to visit in Ft Smith and Poteau. The house was just as described and the owner was awesome to work with. Greenwood has grown so much and has everything you need. I highly recommend and hope to stay here again.
