Excellent location in a quiet street less than 5 minutes on foot from the Pine wood and beach. The house is comfortable and well equipped and parking is easily available on the street or in the driveway. There is a large garden with a gazebo and outdoor eating area. Very pet friendly, there was no hesitation accepting our larger size dog. Recommended.
Although not a problem for us, the house is not suitable for anyone with mobility disabilities as there are stairs up to the front door and also a few stairs inside to reach the bedrooms and bathroom.

Everything is like in the photos. The key transfer was smooth.
It's near the sea.
It was cold in the evening and at night, but it did not take our breath. We also go :)
