Die Lage mitten in der Eifel war sehr schön. Es gab mehr als ausreichend Platz für alle. Jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Duschbad, so dass es morgens zu keinem Stau führte. In der Küche war ALLES vorhanden. Der große Tisch im Esszimmer war ideal für uns. Leider konnten wir den überdachten Sitzplatz im Freien witterungsbedingt nicht nutzen. Das Beste aber war das Dachgeschoß mit Tischtennisplatte, Airhockey und Shuffleboard.

Mooie locatie, ligt centraal in het kleine dorp Kopp en 15 minuten autorijden door het prachtige landschap voor goede supermarkten. Parkeren was heel goed te doen. Fijne woonkamer met grote tafel en leuke zithoek. De keuken had veel apparatuur en genoeg snijoppervlak. De slaapkamers waren fijn en er waren veel badkamers/wc's, hoewel sommige deuren niet op slot konden. Op de zolder een hele grote 'speelkamer' met genoeg activiteiten om een vriendengroep van 21 goed te kunnen vermaken. De eigenaar was heel aardig en reageerde snel over whatsapp als we vragen hadden, ook zijn er mappen met instructies voor weggaan en veel informatie over de omgeving.
1 oven kregen we niet aan, maar mogelijk ligt dit aan ons. Ook had iemand tijdens het douchen het gordijn verkeerd gehangen waardoor heel de vloer van de badkamer nat werd, maar het ook door meteen een gedeelte van de kamer blank zette. Dit zijn beide wel maar kleine minpunten
