Bon emplacement proche de la plage et en face du tram. Petit studio propre et bien équipé même si nous avons demandé plus de couverts ! Le gestionnaire est très réactif et prestatif car nous avons changé deux fois de cafetière ! Ils ont été très rapides malgré le week-end de Pâques ! Possibilité d'aller se détendre tous les jours dans une salle de gym et saunas tout proches, inclus dans le prix.
La literie était bizarre; deux matelas individuels posés sur un sommier trop étroit. Nous avions une allèze et pas de drap de dessous. Mais le confort et la propreté étaient satisfaisants. Sur Booking, la photo de présentation du logement correspond au plus bel appartement, avec poutres apparentes, au 3ème étage d'un immeuble géré par une même entreprise de location immobilière. Il y a peut-être 8 appartements dans l'immeuble. Attention au moment de réserver, vérifiez bien les photos car vous ne tomberez pas forcément sur les poutres !

Die Lage ist sehr gut für Gäste die in Richtung Strand gehen wollen. Was auch gut ist, ist dass die S-Bahn praktisch vor der Haustüre hält. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Leider ist die Unterkunft in die Tage gekommen. An vielen Stellen sieht man Abnutzungen, es fehlen Vorhänge und der Klodeckel wackelt und ist fasch montiert. Das Schlafsofa hat keine Matratze - ist also nur eine Klappcouch.
