Arranged on two levels, equipped with air conditioning, it has an entrance with a large living room with a sofa bed and an open kitchen and a bathroom on the second floor with a spacious bedroom with bathroom. Newly built apartment with max 5 beds + a cot for children up to 5 years and modern furniture ideal for relaxing holidays and lovers of the beach and good food. The historic center offers typical meat and fish restaurants and shops with the best brands. 4-legged friends are allowed on request. Bicycles and covered garage are available on request.

The appartment was spacious, light and airy, well located in center of old town, very quiet, and comfortable. Plenty of central heat, hot water, great water pressure and comfort. Robert, my host, is very responsive. Answered quickly all of my questions, and was very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this comfortable residence!

This property is ideally located, being in the center of Chiavari. One hour train from Genoa Airport, and 3 hours to Florence. Trains are cheap in Italy, unlike the food. Perfect for a couple looking for a break.

Very nice apartment in the exact center of town, close to everything, many cafes and restaurants.Very close to the train station for day trips. Renovated with care and detail. Enjoyed our stay there. Pack light, as there are four flights of stairs.
