About this house rental
One level (handicap accessible) 72m2.
Large living / dining room 6 people, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and quiet.
Room 1: 2 twin beds (electric)
Chbre 2: 1 bed 2 pers.
Chbre 3: 1 sofa bed 2 pers.
SdBain: sink, walk-in shower. Separate toilet.
Linens, towels base.
Covered terrace with garden furniture. Parking in front of the house + garage.
2 mins walk to shops, doctor, pharmacy.
Small pets welcome after our agreement.
Optional package 'final cleaning' 50 €.
For personal organizational reasons, we no longer accept long stays of several months.
AIR CONDITIONING and HEATING:
Some surprises were unpleasant on the air conditioning in summer and the heating in winter!
Everyone has their habits, but we don't want to take responsibility for them.
In summer and in the winter season (October to May) we will therefore take an electricity reading (beginning and end of stay).
By paying attention (as at home), the efficient heating/air conditioning system, and by using the programming made, there is no extraordinary additional cost.
For stays of more than 2 weeks, we will also ask you for a contribution on your water + electricity consumption.
Please leave the house as clean as when you arrived, if you have moved furniture, objects, put them back in their original place.
Often we welcome another family on the same day, it is important that they can settle in immediately in optimal comfort!

Les propriétaires sont adorable, la maison est top. Les conseils de Maryse et Frédo sont d une grande qualité. La maison est au centre de plein de visite possible. Immanquable. Je recommande vivement.

Maison très propre et dans résidence sécurisée, très calme. Idéale pour les enfants.
Nous étions 5 et aucun problème de places
Piscine, agréable, grande et à côté de la maison.
Notre hôtesse, Maryse, est vraiment exceptionnelle : disponible, bienveillante, chaleureuse, accueillante... Merci de nous avoir aidé à découvrir votre très belle région.
Intermarché, boulangerie et autres à environ 200m de la maison.
Je recommande fortement.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. Our hostess, Maryse , gave us a very warm welcome and could not have been nicer and more helpful. The house was in a secure peaceful gated community with its own parking place. `It was spotlessly clean and well supplied with everything we needed. There was a garden with a terrace to relax on and to eat outside. There was also a supermarket, baker's and a restaurant very close by.
We had a wonderful holiday and because we were so well located were able to drive all over Provence. Thank you very much, Maryse!
