About this villa rental
CUVI Holiday House with Garden is a 3 star Holiday House. It is located in Rovinj 2 km from town centre and in 10 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 90 m2 and terrace is 40 m2. The house is spread over 2 floors: ground floor + 1st floor. The accommodation has two air conditioners. One air conditioner is located in the hallway on the first floor and the other air conditioner is located in the living room on the ground floor. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. The house is surrounded by greenery and has a big garden. There is a possibility to use BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
BED DESCRIPTION: 2 double beds + 2 extra beds (2 single beds). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 6 person
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge.
PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 10€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.

Found everything as described and commented by others. Were especially pleased by cleanliness. The only little thing to criticize was dogs barking at night in the neighborhood. Somehow to be expected in this quasi rural environment. Nevertheless: Highly recommended.

A beautiful green hideaway close to Rovinj, very clean house with everything you need, a large garden with beautiful olive trees, very friendly owner! The best place if you have a dog!

We had a wonderful stay! Fit our needs perfectly with two small children. The yard is safe and huge for them to explore and play independently. The beach and bike paths were very easy to access. Easy drive to town but away from all the tourists. Felt like a true vacation!
