Gorgeous villa - 3 self contained apartments with excellent facilities. Lots of places to relax with friends or family. Pool was heated but not too much. The owner and his mum were very sweet and accommodating- nothing was too much trouble. Perfect spot if you like to chill and listen to the waves .. as it’s right next to the beach!

There’s only few bars and restaurants in podstrana .. so you have to get a taxi / uber for more a livelier experience like Split .. which is about 25-35mins away depending on traffic … but it’s pretty cheap and if you want to stay somewhere more chilled this is a perfect place to stay.

Fantastic accommodation in Podstrana right on the beach where you have a great view of sunsets. Supermarkets close for basic groceries.
Villa owners very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home
The villa is immaculate, very large and has numerous areas inside and out where you can relax. Fully equipped with everything you need including all kitchen utensils and appliances. Also lots of loungers and a heated pool
An easy 10 min walk along the pebble beach in either direction takes you to a number of good restaurants selling pizza, pasta, burgers and seafood.
25 mins from Split using the No60 bus which only costs 15 kuna per adult (one way). Bus stop right across the road from villa
Highly recommended and would use again if returning to Podstrana

Fabian, the owner, is a very friendly and helpful person. Thank you Fabian for your uncomplicated support. The house is super equipped, very clean and well maintained. The garden with the fantastic pool has a Caribbean feeling. The direct access to a fantastic beach makes this villa very exclusive! Highly recommended at all.
The unfortunately too short stay :-)

It's been like in fairy tale. Total privacy with direct access to the beach. Perfectly equipped villa with amazing pool. Pictures didn't lie 😃 And owners were very nice and supportive during the whole vacation.
