Quiet, spacious apartment with comfortable beds and good air conditioning.
The cleanliness wasn't great, some things were missing in the kitchen, and the bed linens were dirty when I arrived, but they were changed, thank you for that!

It was very convenient to town, secure parking was a big bonus. Was comfortable and clean, beds comfy and hot water.

the location was fantastic really close to everything and super close to a corner shop that had everything you need.
The interior was reallt nice and modern with a good sized sofa bed and space for even more than 6
The door to the overall apartment was sometimes left open but thats not a big issue as your apartment has it own door

The location was brilliant as I was visiting our daughter at Derby University. It was a 6 minute walk to her accommodation. For the price we paid, it was really convenient. I would use this place again.
It was a 4 person accommodation. However, there were not enough bowls, cups and glasses for each of us. There was only a 3 seater sofa, so one of us needed to sit on the chairs we used around the table.
