The property is located in a newly built condominium located 200 meters from the beautiful Cuvi beach near the Rovinj city park.
The apartment is on the second and last floor of the building facing the park.
It is situated on two floors. On the first floor there are: entrance hall, kitchenette, terrace, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower.
In the attic another double bed, bathroom with shower and large sun terrace.
The apartment is about 85 square meters. walkable, without terraces.
On the ground floor a medium-sized garage with sink.
The apartment is completely furnished with taste and has all the necessary furnishings. Food and bed linen and towels are not included and are available for a small supplement on the living room.
The apartment has: satellite TV system with three TVs in the living room, double bedroom and attic; two separate air conditioning systems on the first and second floors; independent water heaters in the two floors; wi-fi to recharge.
In the garage there are two bicycles (a man and a woman) and two inflatable dinghies.
