A Unique Spacious Open Space Penthouse in the Historic Centre of Athens that combines Art and Design.Filed with natural light from 12 meters of city view windows. Unique private terrace full of plants with amazing view of Acropolis and Lycabetus hill on your sight, adds a fresh and relaxing atmosphere.
Located in Monastiraki, the heart of the most tranditional part of Athens.
This spacious Loft (180 sq.m) is at the 6th (top) floor of the building, with an amazing view of Acropolis and Lycabetous hill from a unique private terrace as well as from the inside of the apartment .
BEDROOMS
The main Bedroom is large and very comfortable with a king size bed and huge wardrobes with great city view and sunsets.A baby cot can be provided and placed at this bedroom if required.
The second bedroom has two single mattresses that can also be used as a king size bed, upon request.
For your convenience there are also 3 sofa bed in the living area that can also be used as a king size bed and one single , to accommodate extra guests.
Mattress , pillows and linen, are made by Coco-Mat, a high quality brand for an excellent sleep.
BATHROOMS
Two fully equipped bathrooms are available .
KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen made of corian and best quality appliances with an amazing view from the windows.
LIVING AND DINNING ROOM
Hand made dinning table and chairs from iron and wood from the sculptor Toby Short.
3 relaxing sofa bed especially designed for the multipurpose living room.
