About this farm stay rental
This is a super serious project about sunsets, great food, funny dogs, promenades, wine and long afternoons relaxing at the pool.
These experimental activities will be provided in the middle of nowhere surrounded by art and nature (but close to everywhere!)
Ideally located between Firenze and Pisa, Lucca and San Gimignano, the farm stands on top of the hills of Tuscany and offers a spectacular view, the direct contact with nature and the distance from the bustling city that allow total relaxation in this haven of peace and tranquillity.
Wether If you are looking for a place to rest in the countryside or you are willing to discover the main tuscan attractions, the ancient villages and the fantastic food and wine culture, Tenuta Chiudendone is what you are looking for!
Recently carefully reconstructed, with great attention to both eco-sustainability and tradition, this luxury Tuscan estate is a unique jewel, putting together the perfection of nature with art, ecology, wellness, agriculture and minimalism.
We rent two apartment, one in the ground floor, called Modigliani and one on the first floor called Balla. Both houses are the same, each apartment is really big!
Our 2 Lofts measuring 160 m² each , stands out due to their open spaces, with finely-equipped kitchen, dining table and living room with fireplace, with fine furniture, works of contemporary art and a private place to dine al fresco in the garden. Both apartment has a double bedroom, two bathrooms and a bedroom with two single beds where a third bed can be added. We will inform you the apartment available when you contact us.
There is a 20 m panoramic swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrella.
Guest Willa ccess to our 45 hectars park with swimming pool, vineyard, olive grown and beautiful landscapes. Guests can visit the organic vegetable garden and pick thier salads and tomatoes.
We can organize chooking schools, and special dinners .Guests receive a welcome basket with farm products.
You will be on top of a hill surrounded by nature.We only have two apartments so you have a lot of privacy here! If you have kids, we offer many toys for them, we have a little playground and our dog Ombu' who will play all the day with them!
Near our place, you have Palaia and San Miniato, realy nice and typical italian village. The area is full of really good restaurants! You are also half an hour from the sea!
The property extends over 29 hectares of land that feature 600 olive trees, a vineyard, an ornamental garden and woodland, where it is possible to find the exquisite white truffle.

We loved our stay at Francesco’s home. The setting was incredibly peaceful and it was perfect respite from the crowds and heat in Rome. We had a lovely dinner per his recommendation at a beautiful hillside restaurant. We took the train to Florence, we drive to Vinci, San Miniato, Palaia, Grieve Chianti.He gave us a lovely bottle of wine and olive oil from his vineyard. Our family loved to wind down at the pool it was pure heaven. We would stay there again.

Comfortable, well appointed apartment in a Tuscan farmhouse. Exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Great location for day trips. Wonderful hospitality!

Beautiful apartment, Tuscan views. Helpful and gracious hosts were always available to make reservations, answer questions and advise us as needed. Great base after hustle and bustle of daily touring. Francesco and Isabella's syrah from their vineyard was excellent. Lovely stay.

Francesco and Isabella are very gracious hosts. They want your stay to be comfortable. The grounds that this estate is on is perfectly manicured, the pool is a perfect way to spend a down day and there are plenty of hikes from the property to stretch your legs. It is very central and can access the trains but I would recommend renting a car. You will NOT be disappointed if you rent this property, I would return in a flash. enjoy.
