Byt byl velmi prostorný a čistý, komunikace s majitelkou byla rychlá a bezproblémová.
Vybavení bylo lacinější a nekvalitní, hodně věcí nefungovalo (toustovač, světlo na digestoři, dvoje žaluzie, zásuvky ve skříních). V bytě je pouze jedno malé topení, proto byl problém nechat uschnout mokré lyžařské oblečení. V bytě byla zima, až po intervenci majitelka zapnula podlahové topení. V ložnicích chyběly lampičky na čtení.
