A large kitchen, fully equipped dining room, dishwasher, induction, microwave, Senseo coffee maker ..... A living room with TV, sofa bed and a desk. A bathroom with shower and toilet. A cellar, a boiler room with washing machine. All on fenced, independent, with a garden, a courtyard and a terrace with its living room. BBQ and bike loan possible, as well as baby.
